Gift yourself the experience of a morning immersed in nature — all senses attuned to the forest, reconnecting with your breath and your body’s innate ability to restore. This intimate 3-hour session offers a powerful reset through guided breathwork and traditional contrast therapy, combining ancient practices with the healing presence of the natural world.

We begin with a grounding barefoot forest walk beneath the canopy of native pines. Moss underfoot, birdsong above — your senses awaken as the nervous system begins to calm. In this quiet presence, your connection to the land deepens, allowing you to arrive fully in the moment.

Next, settle into a restorative breathwork session beneath the trees. Using conscious breathing and pranayama techniques, you'll be gently guided into a deeper state of awareness, helping to dissolve stress and invite clarity, vitality, and calm. No prior experience is needed — just a willingness to breathe, be still, and let nature support your journey.

From breath to body, we move into hot and cold contrast therapy. Start with an optional guided ice bath beneath the trees — a potent practice that activates the circulatory and lymphatic systems, reduces inflammation, and sharpens mental clarity. Transition into our traditional Scandinavian steam sauna, heated by hot rocks for a deeply cleansing, full-body experience. This alternating cycle of cold and heat supports detoxification, builds resilience, and leaves you feeling profoundly alive.

A cold outdoor shower is available as an alternative to the ice bath or as part of your contrast therapy cycle.

This offering is a holistic experience designed to reconnect mind, body, and spirit — a chance to slow down, let go, and return to yourself, held by the rhythms of the forest.
